On October 20, 2024, in the Krasnodar City of the Russian Federation, a meeting was held between the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Lieutenant General of Militia Alamshozoda Abdurakhmon Alamsho with labor migrants, representatives of the Tajik diaspora, students and compatriots living abroad.
During a free and sincere conversation, the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Lieutenant General of Militia Alamshozoda Abdurahmon Alamsho expressed his opinion on the development of the country and the achievements of the independence period, on the main points of the Address of the President of the country, the respected Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, on declaring 2024 the "Year of Legal Education" in honor of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, preventing citizens from joining illegal parties and movements, terrorist and extremist organizations, worshiping a foreign culture, on compliance with the current legislation of the country of residence, not committing crimes and offenses and other pressing issues. During the meeting, a substantive conversation took place on the legal status of labor migrants and on amendments and additions to federal laws on the stay of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, which will come into force on February 5, 2025.
